What it covers

Your company’s first purchase from us: the first seats it buys, whether it buys them on this site or at the end of a free trial by keeping a card on file. AI Cyber Security Foundations and AI Cyber Security Operations, which are paid once, are not covered, even when one is your company’s first purchase.

How the 15 days are counted

From the day you are charged. If your company kept a card on file during a free trial, the 15 days start on the day that first charge is taken, when the trial ends, not on the day the card was added.

What it does not cover

• Renewals.
• Seats added after the first purchase.
• Modules added after the first purchase.
• AI Cyber Security Foundations and AI Cyber Security Operations, which are paid once.

What happens when we refund

• We refund the full amount of that first purchase to the card it was paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• The subscription is canceled, so nothing renews.
• Your team’s access ends that day.
• Any certificates of completion earned under that purchase are withdrawn. Their links then say they were withdrawn, and the continuing professional education hours on them can no longer be claimed.

How to ask

Write to support@fluentorg.com within the 15 days, from the email address your company bought with, and tell us which organization it is for. You do not have to give a reason. We reply to confirm when the refund is made.
